Community Pop-ups are cashless so if you need to withdraw money or cash a cheque, you’ll need to visit your nearest branch or Post Office. If you are unsure on what you can do at the Post Office, please ask us for more info.
If you’re already registered for Online or Mobile Banking, please bring your device with you and make sure you know your passcode, Customer Number, PIN and password.
If you’re not registered for Online Banking, would like to register, need to reset your password(s), or would like support without registering for our digital services, please always bring your Debit Card (if you have one) and bring one of these original documents when you visit:

- full UK Driving Licence
- UK Provisional Driving Licence
- Military ID Card
- EU/EEA National ID Card
- EU/EEA Driving Licence

When we make changes to our branch network, we want make sure there's enough support available in the local community.
We've considered local geography, travel links and journey times to the nearest branch, creating Community Pop-ups in specific locations to continue supporting communities following a branch closure.

Mobile Branches
A Mobile Branch is a bank which comes to you and allows you to do all your usual everyday banking, like making deposits, withdrawing cash and paying bills.
They visit specific locations for up to 5 days a week throughout the year (except Christmas Day and Bank Holidays).
If you have a disability, are elderly or find it difficult to use our services, talk with our team and they’ll be happy to make reasonable adjustments to suit your needs and demonstrate how we can help.

Your payments and transactions could take longer to reach your account or the person receiving the money if the Mobile Branch is delayed due to external factors such as bad weather or traffic.
We'd love to stay but we're here to support all the communities we visit, find more details about when we'll be in your area in our published timetables.
We're sorry, we may not be able to help with larger cash transactions as we limit the amount our Mobile Branches carry.

Personal banking services
Withdrawing cash from your account
You can withdraw up to £3,000 if you regularly visit our Mobile Branch.
On your first visit, you can withdraw up to £1,999*, with your chip and PIN debit card and identification such as your passport or driving licence. If you'd like a higher sum, please speak with our Mobile Branch team before your visit.
If you don't have a chip and PIN debit card, you can withdraw up to £999 with identification such as your passport or driving licence. You'll only be able to withdraw £50 without a chip and PIN, debit card or identification.

Deposits
Please bring your pre-printedpay-in bookfor paying in cash and cheques.
Personal customers can make maximum cash deposits of £3,000*
*Subject to the Mobile Branches processing capacity.
Business banking services
Withdrawing cash from your account
You can withdraw a maximum of £1,500, or up to £3,000 by prior arrangement with the mobile branch in person.
Deposits
Business Customers can make maximum cash deposits of £3,000 across the counter or £8,000 in Business Quick Deposit. All cash deposits are applied to business customer accounts overnight and will show on your account the next working day.
Cash exchanges
The maximum coin exchange is £250 as we are limited in the volume of coin we can carry.
Change orders should be requested 48 hours in advance. Please speak to our Mobile Branch team if you require this service.
Unavailable services
Unfortunately, we're unable to process some transactions within our Mobile Branch service.
The following services can be completed on your NatWest mobile app, Online Banking or in branch:
View, download and print your statements in the NatWest app and Online Banking (You can only view, download and print your credit card statements in the app)
Send money abroad from your NatWest app or Online Banking
Pay someone new up to £1,000 from your NatWest app without a card reader and more(You must be aged 16+ and there's a maximum of 5 payments totalling £1,000 per day)
For complex mandates, opening or closing accounts visit your local branch
Banking Hubs
We’ve worked with Cash Access UK and other UK Banks to open Banking Hubs.
Personal and Business customers can use Banking Hubs for basic services on Monday to Friday, like:
- Making deposits and withdrawals.
- Balance enquiries.
- Paying bills.
And a member of our NatWest team will be on-hand once a week to help Personal and Business customers with more specific queries, like:
- Online and mobile banking.
- Account maintenance (including registering bereavements, power of attorney and third-party access).
- Transferring money or making a payment (limits may apply).
- Card management (reporting your card lost/stolen, ordering a replacement and PIN number support).
- Fraud and money management support.
- Registering additional needs you may have to make banking with us easier.

Cash Access UK Cash Deposit Machines
At NatWest we are looking to improve customer cash access by taking part in a pilot exercise run byCash Access UK who are introducing 17 new Cash Deposit Machines across the UK.
The machines will be available for use by NatWest, Ulster Bank and Royal Bank of Scotland customers from March 2024 for a period of 6-12 months.
The Cash Deposit Machines will allow both Personal and Business customers to withdraw and deposit cash notes using a Chip & PIN card, according to the account and product cash limits.The machines will not accept coins, cheques or credit slips.
The machines will be free to use for Personal customers throughout the pilot. For Business customers, the service will be free to use for a minimum of 3 months and customers will be notified in advance of any introduced charges.
