Everyone who works there is extremely friendly and the deals are great

Excellent auction of cars, large flow, many managers, quickly resolve all issues, good security and yard managers, they know where the cars are. It’s bad that those who pick up the cars themselves often rearrange the cars from row to row and into someone else’s place. I recommend looking at your car in the next row...

Great inventory & great service !!

Easy to do business with. I asked for a quote, got it within minutes, made an appointment, waited a bit, signed some paper, got my check! I really wasn't expecting them to honor the quote. I thought it was a bate and switch tactic, but no! They honored the quote. Very easy process to sell your car. I understand they sell cars too, when I'm in the market to buy one I'll try them as well.

Inventory at 1 location a little further away well organized never a problem

My Sales Lady Vanessa was so amazing and helpful in getting Me into the Vehicle I wanted. Vanessa helped Me get the Financing I needed. I definitely recommend CarMax and be sure to ask for Vanessa.

Very organized and friendly stuff. I wish you guys the best.

Best car buying experience yet, gave me top dollar for my kia stinger GT1 and have fair pricing on low milage vehicles.

Eli was amazing. He got us on and out within two hours for purchasing a car. He explained everything to us and made sure we got all the paperwork we signed. Zero pressure sold is exactly what we wanted. Best car buying experience ever!

We had a great experience our cross functional sales associate, Tucker had alot of knowledge of Car Max.. He helped us thru the car sales and buying.

One of the only places in the area to take care of trade-ins and title work.

Staff prompt and on time ready to work.

Went to Car Max with family member who was buying a car. The whole process was friendly and professional. Even though it was a rainy night there were many people there, yet we were helped immediately. There was no pressure, and everything was explained clearly. I highly recommend this place.

if you are going to be in the market to purchase a pre-owned vehicle, I would highly suggest you go to your nearest CarMax location! I work for a company that transports vehicles to all of the CarMax locations in southern California, and it never ceases to amaze me how clean the vehicles are inside and out, and how nice the facilities are... Keep up the good work, CarMax! 👍😊

Very friendly staff, no pressure at all. They answer all your questions and don't give you a problem if you tell thanks but no thanks on a purchase. Pretty decent selection of cars and trucks to choose from. Pricing is fair. You don't need to give them any personal information until you're ready to buy.
